Dear customer,

due to the current situation regarding the Corona virus our workshop is closed for visitors with an exception for customers bringing in guitars for repairwork by appointment. Our sales business will continue online only for the time being. We are happy to ship anywhere in the world, and are experienced shippers who know how to properly pack your guitar. We usually charge a flat rate for shipments in the Netherlands, but due to the current circumstances we will offer free shipping for both the Netherlands and Belgium for as long as this situation continues. Please note that while we normally ship within 24 hours, shipments can be delayed by a few days as we aim to send out several orders at a time, rather than one by one. This way we can use our time at the shop effectively.

On Monday the 16thof March we've opened our new repairshop, which will remain open by appointment only. In times like these you don't want to be at home without your valued instrument being properly setup! Our shop is a small space so it would be hard to consistenly keep the recommended distance of 1,5 meter. Therefor we've reserved a space in the hallway adjacent to us where you can leave your instrument and don't have to enter the shop. We'll take your instrument inside soon as you've left. Once your instrument is ready we will send you an invoice and schedule an appointment so you can collect it after the payment of the invoice has been fulfilled.

We don't take cash at the moment, nor payments through our payment terminal as it's a handheld device. Payment in advance by bank transfer is therefor required for all repairs.

We value the health and safety of our customers, family and friends, and ourselves and with these measurements we aim to provide a safe situation for every-one. We understand that the current circumstances effects all of us, in many cases also financially, and we encourage you to reach out to us if you need special terms. We accept reasonable down-payments and are currently also looking into offering spread payment through our webshop, as well as vouchers which you can purchase as a gift for musicians, and a guitar-lessons page on our website with free video lessons and the option to download a PDF file for a small fee. This is all coming up very soon.

It goes without saying that these are challening times, not in the last place for small companies like ours, but it's also a time to be creative and have confidence in your abilities. As we'll progress through these strange days we'll keep evolving how we can further improve our services and ensure the continuity of our business. We'll inform you with regular updates as we go allong.

Take care, Pascal
